No. Dr. Vargas is fully committed to surgical and patient safety. He performs surgical procedures only on the 2 best hospitals at Nogales, Sonora. Hospital Kalitea and Centro Médico de Sonora. Both hospitals include services such as Intensive care unit, fully equiped OR, confortable recovery room and patient rooms. His surgical team includes: Board Certified Anesthesiologist, Surgical Nurse, and Surgical assistant.
Yes. Online consultation can be scheduled sending an email to vargasplasticsurg@gmail.com. Cost of online consultation is 99 USD. A Zoom Meeting link is sent after payment of the consultation.
Yes. But only for non surgical procedures like fillers or botox. Surgical procedures require an online or in person consultation to adequately establish a precise quote. A thorough assessment is required to explain and detail the procedure you are looking for. The online and in person consultation include: A detailed clinical evaluation, diagnosis and detailed explanation of benefits and surgical risks associated with the given procedure as well as a precise quote and treatment alternatives. This is why no single price quote can be applied to all patients.
Most of the B&A pictures are kept confidential on Dr. Vargas archive. He still shows them at online consultations or at his office to patients that schedule a visit.
Only if you are a candidate for those procedures. Of course Dr. Vargas offers discounts if you get more than one procedure. Actually, many times Dr. Vargas offers small additional surgical procedures at no additional cost.

About patient evaluations (online):
Dr. Vargas can conduct a pre-assessment via electronic means such as email or WhatsApp. This requires the patient to send photos of the front and sides of the area they want to treat. This can be done at vargasplasticsurg@gmail.com or to the link shown at the bottom of this page. An online consultation (99 USD) is needed to provide a precise quote.
About the in-person consultation:
Dr. Vargas personally evaluates his patients prior to their surgery in his office, or in the case of scheduling a procedure, he evaluates the case the same day of the procedure. He addresses concerns and discusses the details before going into the OR.
About staying in Mexico:
Most of the procedures performed by Dr. Vargas are outpatient, meaning recovery takes place at home and typically requires a return visit for review after 7 to 10 days. For those requiring hospitalization, it usually does not exceed 24 hours at the hospital. Nogales, Sonora has multiple hotels where patients can stay if they wish following their surgery.
